Benefits

1. What does our benefit package look like?

2. Such as sick time and vacation time off?

Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Time (EPST) are effective after 90 days of employment. (See pages 57-59 in attached CPLC Employee Personnel Policy Manual – 3-23-2016 Revised.pdf for details)

3. Health insurance, when does this benefit begin?

On the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Example: If hired on May 11, 2020, benefits are effective on September 1, 2020.

4. Do we have a probationary period in place?

Yes, we have a 90-day orientation period.

5. If staff has previous vacation time, are we able to roll that time over?

Unfortunately, no. See Benefits question #2 for accrual of Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Time (EPST).

Payroll

1. When does our pay period end?

Pay periods run Sunday through Saturday. (see attached payroll calendar, attachment 2020 Calendar PRWFN.pdf)

2. What are our scheduled pay days?

Every two weeks on Fridays (see attached payroll calendar, 2020 Calendar PRWFN.pdf)

3. Will we have a time clock and badges?

A web based Time and Attendance program is used through our ADP system. Hi scan be accessed via your computers or downloadable app. Badges will be created and sent to new staff during the onboarding process.

Performance Review

1. Does the leadership team provide quarterly and annual employee reviews?

Yes.

2. How are increases established?

Merit increases are considered, based on yearly performance evaluations.

Other

1. Does the staff require new uniforms?

Yes. Uniforms are required and will be issued during the onboarding transition period.
